When we celebrate them, it can and should be multipled by sharing that celebration with the other (and honestly more 😀) important people in their lives. Her heartfelt pride in her son and the great work he does (this quarter and beyond) was a wonderful reminder that our teammates are also someone’s son, wife, mom, brother, etc. His mom excitedly declared “that’s my baby!” It was genuinely moving to me.
I was delighted when he was selected for this recognition.Īt the Council meeting when he received this plaque and public kudos, the full chambers included PJ’s parents who he thanked. PJ is great at his job, respected and appreciated by his crew, and seemingly always finding the positive and a reason to smile.
